HUGE day for Boys Max Outs in the weight room the past two days. Measuring three lifts, the boys increased their maxes by a total weight to 2,485 lbs!!!! That's 80.16 lbs/athlete on average! Incredibly proud of this group!

MRE Iron Chef challenge sponsored by the NE Army National Guard is under way.
Elementary basketball camp registrations are due to the school by Thursday at noon in order to be guaranteed a camp t-shirt. Forms can be found online on the school website under documents. Hope to see everyone there.
