
Sixth grade quiz bowl team finished 6th out of 21 teams from Elkhorn, Gretna, Plattsmouth, Blair and Westside! This is the best EM has ever done!


Henry and Jax modeling the Optimal Foraging Theory by eating as much candy as he can in two minutes. Starbursts are worth more calories, but they are more difficult to unwrap and eat. M&ms are easy to forage, but not worth as many calories.


E-M Student Council needs your help to drive out hunger. The annual food drive has begun and the goal is to hit 6,000 cans of food for our local food bank. Donations can be dropped off at either school until December 17.

Spanish club game night was pretty fun!



Congratulations, Harrison Koehn for earning a silver medal and 2nd place over all in the level 2 Toys That Teach category during the 2021 FCCLA Virtual Skills Demonstration Events competition.
Because he finished in the top three for his category he also received special recognition at the recent Fall Leadership Conference that was held in Washington, DC.


This year, approximately 240 students were selected to participate in the All-State Children’s Chorus at UNL. Kate Stock, Stormie Houck, and Chloe Mattison will be among the 240 students selected to be a part of the 2021 All-State Children’s Chorus.


Congratulations to the E-M One-Act Team for receiving Runner-Up at the ECNC Competition! Rylan Meyer, Sophie Frank, and Averi Hogue received Honorable Mentions for their performance, and senior, Riley Rose, won Best Actor in the Conference!
